Why write a full review of a game that is already five years old? Because it is still the front door to the whole tumble genre, and because half of what gets repeated about it is myth. How the multiplier orbs actually work

The orbs drop onto the grid at random with values from 2x to 500x. They only count when that same tumble sequence also lands a winning cluster, per Pragmatic Play's own rules. Eight or more matching symbols pay anywhere on the 6x5 board. After each win the winning symbols vanish and new ones fall from above.

The detail almost nobody explains: the values add up, they do not multiply each other. A 5x and a 3x make 8x, not 15x. That keeps the prize curve linear and readable, while other games in the genre explode exponentially. For me that one design choice is why it feels fairer than its imitators.

Then there is the dead orb. A 100x lands, no winning cluster forms in that sequence, and the value evaporates without paying a cent. Plenty of players take it for a glitch. How high does the counter climb in the base game?

What happens in the free spins

Four or more Zeus scatters trigger 15 free spins. Here the orb counter does not reset: it adds up everything that lands across the whole bonus, per Pragmatic Play. Three extra scatters add 5 more spins. That persistence is the entire difference between the base game and the bonus.
