What to include in your message
If you report an error in a review, name the game and the exact section so we can verify it against the provider's documentation. If you propose a partnership, tell us up front which operator or studio you represent and which markets it works in. And if your question is about the API, include an example of the request you are trying to make.
We reply in English, normally within 48 hours. At weekends it can take a little longer. We do not reply to requests to buy links or guest posts: that answer is always no, without exception. For anything else, a clear subject line and a short, specific message get you the fastest and most useful reply.
