Terms of Service

Acceptance

By accessing or using the slot.report Slot Data API ("the API"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the API.

The service

The API provides free access to a database of online slot game metadata (RTP, volatility, max win, features, mechanics, themes, and related data). The API is provided as static JSON files served over HTTPS.

Permitted use

• The API is free to use for personal, commercial, and educational purposes
• You may cache, store, and redistribute the data
• You may use the data in websites, applications, tools, research, and analysis
• Attribution to slot.report is appreciated but not required

Restrictions

• Do not use the API in a way that disrupts or degrades the service for others
• Do not misrepresent the data source (e.g., claiming you collected the data yourself)
• Do not use automated tools to make excessive requests that impact server performance

Rate limits

There are no hard rate limits for normal use. If your usage pattern causes server performance issues, we may temporarily restrict access. For high-volume use cases, download the full dataset from /api/v1/slots.json and cache it locally.

Data accuracy

The data is collected from official provider sources and cross-verified against multiple databases. However, we do not guarantee that all data is complete, accurate, or up to date. RTP values represent the highest available tier; actual RTP at a specific casino may differ. Use the data at your own discretion.

Availability

We aim to keep the API available at all times, but we do not guarantee uptime. The API may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We are not liable for any losses resulting from API downtime.

Changes

We may modify these terms or the API at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain backward compatibility with existing endpoints.

Liability

The API is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. slot.report is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the API or the data it provides.
