Who we are

The slot.report Slot Data API is operated by slot.report, an independent slot review website. Contact: office@slot.report

What data the API collects

The slot.report API is a static JSON API. It does not require authentication, API keys, user accounts, or any form of registration.

When you or your application makes an HTTP request to the API, our web server automatically logs:

• The requesting IP address
• The requested URL path
• The timestamp of the request
• The HTTP user agent string

These are standard web server access logs. They are used solely for operational purposes (monitoring uptime, debugging errors, preventing abuse) and are not shared with third parties.

What data the API does not collect

• No cookies are set by the API endpoints
• No personal information is requested or stored
• No tracking scripts are loaded by the API endpoints
• No data is sold or shared with third parties

WordPress plugin

The SlotReport – Slot Game Data WordPress plugin connects to the API from your WordPress server. When the plugin fetches data:

• The request is made server-side (from your web server to ours)
• No data from your website visitors is sent to slot.report
• Only the requested API endpoint URL is accessed
• Responses are cached locally on your server for 6 hours

Third-party services on the documentation page

The API documentation page at /api/ uses Plausible Analytics (self-hosted) for anonymous visitor statistics. Plausible does not use cookies and does not collect personal data. The API JSON endpoints themselves do not include any analytics.

Data retention

Server access logs are retained for a maximum of 90 days and then automatically deleted.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any data we may hold. Contact office@slot.report for any requests.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
